Return Material Authorization Process

If a Simply NUC Customer Support Technician has determined that your device requires service, repair, or replacement, you will be provided (or you can directly request) a Return Material Authorization (RMA). In order to ensure a positive experience in the RMA process, please prepare the following information and materials:

Ticket Information

  • Serial number of every motherboard, system, or component part being returned
  • Contact person and pick up/delivery address for the RMA
  • Detailed description of the error received or defective behavior
  • Describe the physical environment/stage that the problem/fault occur in
  • The more detail provided, the faster the root cause can be found

Shipping Information

  • If you purchased your product from Simply NUC within the past 30 days, we will provide you a prepaid return shipping label
  • Please place the product in the original retail packaging and pack that inside a outer shipping box to avoid product damage
  • If you are only sending components (RAM, SSD, motherboards, etc.) please ensure that they are in ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) approved packaging
  • Do not write RMA numbers on the individual product package
  • All returned products must have the original serial number label

Important Information

  • Returns are only accepted with a valid RMA number
